Ordering and Timescales

A memorial can be erected on a grave six months after the burial has taken place due to the ground movement, if cremated the memorial can be installed immediately as the ground would not need time to settle.

How long will my order take?

Memorials that we have in stock can take approximately 12-16 weeks to manufacture and fit.

The timescale starts once deposit is received and paperwork/application to the council will be carried out by our friendly advisors on your behalf.

We endeavour to complete your order as fast as possible but there are some factors which we have no control over, such as shipping and council permit times, this means that we may have some delays on some orders and some memorials can be erected before the timescale.

If you have ordered a bespoke memorial, it is likely that the order time will exceed the 12 week timescale. In this case one of friendly advisors will contact you too keep you up to date.

Payment terms

If order is placed through the website, payment will be taking in full this doesn't include the permit fees and delivery charges. This would be paid separately. Our staff would contact you to discuss the permit.
If you decide to pay by bank transfer or cash we would then take a 50% deposit plus the council permit fee, once the work has been complete we would request for the remaining balance to be paid.
